Return Policy

For orders shipped directly from our China Warehouse, we generally do not offer a return policy. To ensure your satisfaction, all items undergo a rigorous dual-quality inspection before leaving the China Warehouse to guarantee they are in perfect working condition. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service immediately with photos/videos.

We will provide compensation, replacement parts, or other solutions on a case-by-case basis. We own and reserve all rights of final interpretation.

If a return is advised, the item must be in its original condition as received: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of crash damage or unauthorized disassembly are not eligible for return.
